LARGE DISPLAY OF BOTH POWER & SAILBOATS

Host to both Pacific Power Expo, Strictly Sail and the Northern California Fall Boat Show, Jack London Square, is situated in the heart of the Port of Oakland and celebrates Jack London and the history of the Barbary Coast.

This waterfront development reflects all the color and vitality of a working waterfront district and offers visitors 10 great restaurants in an enchanting neighborhood of tree-lined streets, shoreline promenades and landscaped public plazas. Situated in an eight-block area at the foot of Broadway on the Oakland/Alameda Estuary, the site is easily accessible and has convenient parking. Jack London Square is three blocks from the Nimitz Freeway (Highway 880) and Highway 980. These freeways provide easy access for residents from all Bay Area points, as well as from the Delta, South Bay and the Central Valley. Visitors can also arrive by BART (which is 6 blocks from the site), Amtrak (across the street from the event), or by ferry from San Francisco.

The Fall Boat Show is ideally situated to serve a dynamic, affluent consumer market. The six Bay Area counties support a population of 6,800,000 residents with the highest average household income levels in California. In addition, the location draws upon a weekday consumer population of 10,000 office workers within walking distance of the site.

Qualified Buyers – We know that it is vitally important to attract as many qualified buyers to the show as possible. Through a 'mixed' media campaign of Radio, TV, newspaper, billboards and enthusiast print, we will make over 2,000,000 impressions on the public to consider recreational boating as a lifestyle and the Fall Boat Show as a place to start that dream!

We focus our media buying dollars in areas that YOU have requested, to provide for a successful show. Point-of-sale discount coupon dispensers, direct mail and lots of press and media coverage will guarantee that no one will want to miss this - the industry's own NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FALL BOAT SHOW.
